Booking Form for hosting a Reception at Cobtree

1.      Receptions can only be accepted providing Seneca Cottage, Cayuga Cottage and Keuka Cottage are reserved together by the same contractual party.  The total number of attendees must not exceed 150 people without prior agreement in writing from the owners or their agents.

2.      There will be a non refundable fee of $250 levied for any reception held at Cobtree and the full amount will will be charged to your nominated credit card once you decide to go ahead with the booking of the event. Once you make the reservation, you are contractually committed for this reception at Cobtree and no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

3.      We offer the free use of our wedding arbor which is made from a wrought iron white construction which you may also decorate with flowers for that special effect.

4.      Pets are not permitted in Cayuga Cottage at any time and any pets staying at the other properties reserved must be supervised /controlled by their owner's so as not to cause a nuisance to anybody.

5.      A tent may be erected but only where instructed  so as not to block or restrict the lake views of neighboring properties.

6.      The tent and any other furniture or party ware must be removed from site before 3pm on the date of your departure.

7.      Attendees are asked to behave responsibly and especially in relation to intoxication and the dangers of drink driving!

8.      All recyclables must be separated from your trash and placed next to the green dumpster provided on site.  That is, clean  glass bottles, cans, plastic, paper and cardboard.

9.      All regular trash must be bagged and placed in the green dumpster on site

10.  Naturally, the playing of music is permitted but not extremely loud music  and in any event, no outside music or noise is permitted between the hours of  10.00 pm and 8.00 am

11.  All vehicles must turn around and park along the gravel run driveway on the right hand side of the road facing Armstrong Road and must keep their wheels on the driveway and not on any grassed areas. This is very important both for safety issues (Example: access for emergency services) and also to prevent any rutting of the grassed areas along the driveway.

12.  Whilst there is ample provision for parking at Cobtree for up to about 40 cars, if the number of vehicles exceeds the capacity for parking along the driveway, any additional vehicles must be parked along Armstrong Road.

13.  Any additional instructions of the owner or its agents must be followed at all times and it is noted that the owners actually live in Owasco Cottage on the property and are available to supervise where necessary.

I have read the above terms and conditions for hosting a reception at Cobtree and agree to these terms and conditions.
