vineyards, each cottage offers it's own private seclusion within
the Cobtree estate and is surrounded by panoramic views over open fields to the South and West as well as 18
acres of woodlands to the North.

Seneca Cottage
Seneca Cottage is a traditional brick
built house in an "English Cottage Style" it has over 1460
sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one
on suite to the King Room) a basement
with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, a Log
effect gas stove in the lounge, full gas fired forced air
heating throughout, hardwood floors, spectacular views over
Seneca Lake on one side of the property and open farmland
and woodland on the other side.

Owasco Cottage has 1464
square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms (a King, Queen and
Twin) with 2 bathrooms. The King room is upstairs with an on
suite bathroom and the Queen room and twin room is on the
first floor with shower room,

lounge, full gas fired forced air heating throughout,
hardwood floors, There
is also a Queen size sofa bed for 2 additional guests to
occupy if required. In the basement there is a washing
machine and tumble drier, ironing board and iron.

The woodlands at
Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible
throughout the year. In winter they are ideal for guests who
bring their own skis for cross country skiing and
Bristol
Mountain Ski Resort is but a short drive away. Each of the
cottages at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger Lakes
and have over 1460 sq ft of living area, are fully equipped
together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free US and
Canada wide telephone service, Cable Television and
importantly for today's travelers,
wireless internet access
. Our rates also include linen, sheets and towels and
propane for the gas barbeque and there are also NO
additional cleaning fees payable on departure. |

Keuka
Cottage
Keuka Cottage also has
1464 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms (a King, Queen
and Twin) with 2 bathrooms. The King room is upstairs with
an on suite bathroom and the Queen room and twin room is on
the first floor with shower room,

lounge, full gas fired forced air heating throughout,
hardwood floors, There
is also a Queen size sofa bed for 2 additional guests to
occupy if required. In the basement there is a washing
machine and tumble drier, ironing board and iron. Keuka
Cottage is also a disabled friendly cottage with level
wheelchair access from the drive and onto the patio area as
well as grab handles in the downstairs shower room and
toilet.

Hemlock
Log Cabin
Currently under construction for completion in early May
2008, we are now accepting reservations in Hemlock Log Cabin
from the 31st May 2008. These homes have been built to
accommodate couples, two couples sharing or small families
of up to 4 people sharing and are a more economical
alternative to our larger deluxe homes. Each Log Home is a
traditionally built American Log Home with two Queen
Bed bedrooms, one bathroom and all amenities designed to
meet the high standards that our guests expect when staying
at Cobtree.

Honeoye
Log Cabin
Currently under construction for completion in early May
2008, we are now accepting reservations in Hemlock Log Cabin
from the 31st May 2008. These homes have been built to
accommodate couples or small families of up to 4 people
sharing as a more economical alternative to our larger
deluxe homes. Each Log Home is a traditionally built
American Log Home designed to meet the high standards that
our guests expect when staying at Cobtree.
