As the owners of Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, we strive to make our properties some of the most sought after accommodation in the region. We work tirelessly to  ensure that our properties are well maintained for our guests stay with us and that all properties are accurately described in all of our online listings and literature.

We also expend a huge budget each year in marketing and advertising our properties online and around the world so as to attract guests to this stunningly beautiful area.

In return for the efforts and investment that we make in our business we only ask that our guests first and foremost enjoy their stay with us and to bring to our personal attention anything that we have overlooked or needs repairing etc and give us the chance to put things right.

We also ask our guests not to commit to making a reservation with us unless they are certain that this is the accommodation that they require or for the rental periods they require. It is important that guests read the terms and conditions of hiring on our online reservation system or to ask for us to send them a copy by email or fax before making their reservations so that there is absolutely no misunderstandings.
