ABOUT OUR COTTAGE, LOG
HOMES AND LOG CABIN RATES:
Our
rates are designed to be affordable for both couples, small families
& small groups and they offer exceptional value compared to
other local accommodation providers when you calculate
the per person per night charge for a fully equipped
deluxe home away from home rental!
Our larger brick built cottages and larger log home rates are
inclusive of up
to 6 people sharing a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. (Under
5 year olds need not be included in the total #)
Above
the included number there is an additional daily charge
of $25 per extra adult or $130 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $15 per
extra child or $80 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8
people sharing including use of the Queen size
sofa bed with all linen, sheets and towels provided.
The pricing structure for our
smaller log cabins is formulated on an inclusive
occupancy of 2 people sharing
throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which
are based on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing.
Above the included number
there is an additional daily charge of $25 per extra
adult or $130 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $15 per extra child
or $80 per week (5-17
yrs of age) up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. These
are traditional log home with 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs
shower room and a second upstairs toilet with basin.
There is NO SALES TAX payable for rentals of 7 nights or more.
Reservations made for less than 7 nights ARE SUBJECT TO
the collection of sales tax at the prevailing rate
(currently at 7.50%) and rates displayed above INCLUDE SALES
TAX where applicable. The Ontario County 3% Occupancy
tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a
separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL
rental periods
Discounts and Discount Vouchers:
Discounts or
Vouchers are redeemable only at the time the reservation is
made and cannot be applied retrospectively. The discount
source i.e 5% returning guest or 5% AAA discount with
membership # or voucher # must be stated in the special
request field so as to be deducted when payment is collected
from your credit card. Regrettably, the only applicable
advance booking discount for the months of July and August is a returning
guest discount and we apologize for being unable to offer
advance booking discounts during this period of the year.
