Note: The property is available for a minimum stay as indicated on our reservation system. Unlike most other rental properties in the region, we allow weekly reservations to start on any day of the week.  Check in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 11 am on the date of departure. Notes:

Unlike our cottages where the rates are charged for the whole property for up to 8 people sharing, the pricing structure for our log homes is formulated on a base price for one couple sharing and there is an additional daily charge of $25 per extra adult or $15 per extra child up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. This helps keep our rates competitively low and offers exceptional value for money for our guests.

NO SALES TAX is payable for rentals 7 nights or more. Reservations made for less than 7 nights  IS SUBJECT TO the collection of sales tax at the prevailing rate (currently at 7.125%) and rates displayed INCLUDE SALES TAX where applicable. The Ontario County 3% Occupancy tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL rental periods
