ABOUT OUR COTTAGE AND LOG
HOME RATES:
Our Cottage rates are based on up
to 6 people sharing a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. (Under
5 year olds need not be included in the total #)
Above
the included number there is an additional daily charge
of $25 per extra adult (over 18 yrs of age) or $15 per
extra child (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8
people sharing.
The pricing structure for our LOG
HOMES is formulated on a base rate for 2 people sharing
throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which
are based on 4 people sharing. Above the included number
there is an additional daily charge of $25 per extra
adult (over 18 yrs of age )or $15 per extra child (5-17
yrs of age) up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. These
are traditional log home with 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs
shower room and a second upstairs toilet with basin. Our
rates are designed to help couples, small families,
small groups and offer exceptional value compared to
other local accommodation providers. If you would like
to increase the occupancy before or during your stay,
please inform the owners who live in Owasco Cottage at
Cobtree, by calling 315-789-1144 and they will add the
additional occupancy rate to your credit card.
NO SALES TAX is payable for rentals 7 nights or more.
Reservations made for less than 7 nights ARE SUBJECT TO
the collection of sales tax at the prevailing rate
(currently at 7.125%) and rates displayed above INCLUDE SALES
TAX where applicable. The Ontario County 3% Occupancy
tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a
separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL
rental periods
